About The Role & The Team
Collaborates on the commercial management of complex tailored standard renewal and new business deals. Contributes to the management of commercial activities policy and process in support of renewal of new standard business deals. Ensures Financial profitability compliance to financial and business objectives while supporting business growth.
What You'll Do
- With senior management jointly develops and implements deal specific strategy for complex tailored standard renewal and new business deals including the structure negotiation strategy non-standard terms and conditions and competitive positioning in collaboration with the account and bid managers.
- Develop proposals with senior management to review and evaluate an opportunity's commercial structure with regard to the financial framework of the deal risks contractual terms regulatory compliance delivery and full life cycle issues.
- Supporting pricing proposal and contract development (for complex tailored standard renewal and new business deals).
- Financial modeling support of applicable opportunities including items that will impact commercial terms & conditions (or will be impacted by such T&Cs) price structure capex cash ?ow and customer contract negotiations where required.
- Negotiate with customers commercially and Financially sound contracts that provide high value to both SITA and the customer throughout the full life cycle of the contract.
- Work with SITA's solution/technical community to align commercial aspects with technical solutions/limitations.
- Act as a representative for commercial terms & conditions for SITA on applicable opportunities to both internal SITA executives as well as client executives.
- Develop advocate and drive for optimum financial viability of engagements in the context of total contract structure.
- As part of a team identify quantify assess and report risks associated with a bid.
- Support compliance with company regulations including bid process delegation of authority and governance.
Qualifications
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
- 4 years of experience in similar roles where financial and mathematical modelling is required
- Quantitative analysis background
- Engineering Economics Business Administration Accounting
- German language working proficiency skills
