About the role
As our Marketing and Campaigns Coordinator, you will play an important role supporting the Manager, Marketing and Campaigns in delivering our integrated and targeted marketing and engagement campaigns. With a strong focus on coordinating plans and strategies, you will also develop high quality content in support of Babcock’s strategic objectives, bid pipeline, current programs, and award submissions, and coordinate the company’s advertising agenda.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate key messages appropriately to a variety of audiences.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise work.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve desired results.
- Demonstrated track record in developing and managing integrated marketing and communications strategies and campaigns.
- Ability to navigate through and solve complex situations and problems to achieve best outcomes, using a creative mindset.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline driven environment, balancing multiple priorities.
- Computer literate with detailed experience and proficient presentation skills using MS Office Products.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in the Defence, national security or foreign affairs and trade sector.
