The role
As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be embedded within our UK Build and Maintenance Support team working across a wide portfolio of best-in-class intelligence surveillance, reconnaissance solutions, communications, weapons launch and handling solutions across all domains, integrating the best of industry to meet our customers needs.
Day-to-day, you’ll look to collaborate with a variety of functional teams across multiple discipline areas.
- You will undertake various functions including monitoring and reporting, scheduling, cost control, risk management, quality control and procurement
- Working with stakeholders from across the team, and wider business, to help drive delivery momentum and achieve the project goals
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office/onsite and 3 days working from home.
Essential experience of the Assistant Project Manager
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Experience in a project management environment
- Confident collaborator with experience working in partnership with others
- Able to show drive and desire to make a daily positive impact
- Working within tight deadlines, plans and schedules
