In this role you will be liaising between the airline and the AMO to ensure smooth coordination and execution of aircraft maintenance checks.
Your objective will be acting as the main point of contact for the airline during maintenance activities, maintaining regular communication with the AMO personnel and updating relevant stakeholders on progress and issues.
The Technical representative position is located at Oslo Lufthavn Gardermoen and reports to Director Planning.

You are our ideal candidate if:
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, preferably in a supervisory or technical representative role
- You have familiarity with aircraft maintenance documentation, including work packages, technical manuals, and maintenance records.
- You have knowledge of EASA Part-CAMO, EASA Part-145 and other relevant regulations
- You have Knowledge of AMOS
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English
- You can travel and be abroad to carry out significant periods of work
- You can work in an intense, dynamic work environment
- You have strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and provide clear technical guidance.
- You have attention to detail and a strong commitment to ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- You can work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You can work independently and as part of a team, proactively taking ownership of assigned tasks and delivering results within established timelines.
- You have flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational requirements
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and validating maintenance work packages, ensuring compliance with the airline's procedures, manufacturer's instructions, and regulatory requirements.
- Conducting regular inspections to verify the quality and progress of maintenance activities, identifying any deviations, discrepancies, or potential risks.
- Collaborating with AMO personnel to resolve technical issues and ensure that corrective actions are implemented promptly and effectively.
- Monitoring compliance with maintenance schedules and escalating any potential delays or issues to the appropriate departments within the airline.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to the AMO personnel, answering questions, clarifying procedures, and addressing technical concerns.
- Reviewing and analyzing maintenance records, reports, and documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Supporting invoice review and completion pertaining to work performed
- Collaborating with the airline's engineering and reliability departments to identify recurring issues, develop solutions, and implement preventive maintenance measures.
