The role
As part of the FP&A Team, you’ll produce high quality analysis and key financial information that provides valuable insight for customers across the Group and developing a deep understanding of the Group in order to be able to do this. You’ll also provide insight and challenge to Divisions, including detailed assessments of cross-divisional performance and external benchmarking. You’ll contribute to a process and culture of continuous improvement, with specific focus on automating and standardising reporting outputs, and ongoing development of modelling and analytical capability.
What will make you successful in the role?
You’ll either be a part qualified accountant, or a Finance Graduate but with experience of delivering high quality financial analysis, and an ability to communicate findings and opinions in writing or through presentations to senior stakeholders. You’ll have modelling capability and a reasonable understanding of Microsoft Excel alongside a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Powerpoint, with experience of working with financial systems, such as SAP. You’ll be an excellent communicator with an excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and to thrive under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations. You’ll be a pro-active individual with a passion for analysis and a strong desire to develop your knowledge across all areas of the business. You’ll also be able to understand and implement appropriate financial risk and controls processes within the FP&A environment.
