Assists in the development and implementation of production and tooling methodologies. Participates as a member of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) in the integration of technical solutions. Works with others to develop, identify and implement conceptual designs and maintenance of the program architecture for build. Assists in implementing manufacturing plans. Resolves technical problems and assists in the implementation of new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and concepts. Assists in the implementation of Lean principles and technologies. Interfaces with professional associations, suppliers, IPTs and internal customers to develop products, skills, knowledge and experience. Regular and predicted attendance is required.
Required
- Experience reading engineering drawings and developing build plans
- Experience working in SRP
- 3+ years of experience with a bachelors in engineering
- 1+ years experience in creating work instructions
- 1+ years experience supporting shop floor environment
Education
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position $48.32/hour - $53.69/hour
