Tasks
- Reviewing online and call center bookings to identify fraudulent transactions done with credit cards or other forms of payment
- Analysing and evaluating bookings in various systems and sources
- Investigating given information (e.g. person, transaction, booking, payment)
- Background research on the internet
- Consulting external and internal partners and applications to verify the booking
- Deciding on fraud/non-fraud and initiation of respective actions (i.e. cancellation of personal reservation, ticket refund, contact station, arrangement of cash payments, PNR amendments etc.) in all applicable tools and systems
- Contacting and involving the stations concerning necessary checks or actions (passenger verification at the airport)
- Initiating and processing additional actions (i.e. BEACH, PERSEUSS, settlement actions)
- Proactively supporting the fraud management service by identification of new fraud patterns
- Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors
