Description:
The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is designed to cultivate early career individuals into emerging leaders in Harris’ Finance Organization. FLDP is a multi-year rotational program created to develop highly qualified, motivated individuals into well-rounded business professionals. It is a challenging 3-year avenue to gain experience and expertise in multiple finance roles and diverse geographic locations. FLDP participants will broaden their knowledge and expertise in a wide range of businesses and are empowered to lead innovation and find solutions to real complex challenges. Participants will gain exposure to senior leaders of Harris and are paired with a mentor to guide their development through the program. Participants will also have access to education assistance, robust training, and cross-functional engagement to accelerate their career growth.

Job Duties:
- Complete three (3) rotations over 36 months, with assignments in various segments and financial functions
- Rotations focus on analysis and business needs in the following functions: Financial Planning and Analysis, General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Compliance, Internal Audit, Investments, and Program Finance
- Extensive use of verbal and written communications skills, problem solving and teamwork on a daily basis
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Minimum cumulative 3.2 GPA
- Willingness and ability to travel and relocate
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated technical skills, business acumen and leadership skills
- Excellent skills in oral and written communication, analytics, and problem solving
- Initiative, enthusiasm; willingness and ability to learn in a dynamic environment
- Work experience as an intern / Co-Op in Finance or related fields
- Self-starter, displaying initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
