Key responsibilities:
- Maintain the Company Infrastructure: Backup Systems; Storage + Data Domain; Virtualization – Vmware; Network Cisco equipment; LAN; Dell Servers
- Processing Level 2 or 3 Incidents on Infra or managing Incidents with solution publishers to correct anomalies;
- Bring your technical expertise to the teams (internal and external) in charge of level 1 support to develop the installation procedures and help correct any issues;
- Maintain Infrastructure Documentation;
- Manage service providers;
- Renew (or set up) each year the maintenance contracts for the IT Infrastructure;
- Define, with the business, the Roadmap and the budget for 5 years (medium term plan) of the domain to carry out the projects;
- Participate/lead in the IT Infrastructure deployment projects;
- Manage IT projects by integrating the other departments of the DSI (Infra, Network, Security, Workstation, Data) and multiple interlocutors of Safran and Integrators);
- Analyze and prepare functional and technical requirements with documentation for new Infrastructure solution according to business needs;
- Define and validate project needs and developments in the responsible areas in line with budgets;
- Cooperate in project activities within Safran Polska/France/India organizations participants;
- Ensure the solution being delivered by the project aligns with SAFRAN Group Strategy and Architecture roadmaps.
Required skills:
- IT University education;
- Knowledge about: Backup Systems (Networker; Veeam, NetBackup); Storage (Dell EMC) + Data Domain technologies; Networking (Switching; Routing; Security; WiFi; DDI-DNS/DHCP/IPAM); Cisco/PaloAlto technology; Virtualization (Vmware); Dell servers; LAN Cabling Systems; Microsoft Servers; VoIP technology;
- Ability to use Microsoft User Tools (Microsoft Office, Visio, Project)
- Experience in preparation Technical IT documentation for projects specification
- Ability to work under time pressure and multi-task environment;
- Good communication and Teamwork/Interpersonal skills with resources spread over several countries (France, Poland, India);
- Work experience in a multicultural environment
