Arcus Air Logistic in Spain, is a logistics and air transport company that offers premium-ad-hoc Charter and OBC (On-board Courier) services to customers mainly in the automotive sector at an international level.

Position: Sales & Operations Broker

The position has two main areas of responsibility:

Sales: will be responsible for the agile and efficient preparation of technical and economic offers together with the headquarters in Germany, advising clients based on their real needs.
Operations: planning, coordination, execution and monitoring of services in constant communication with clients:
1. Control, follow-up and monitoring of the company's flights.
2. Resolution of incidents with suppliers, ground carriers, airports and handling agents.
3. Administrative control and integration of flight files.
4. Control of assigned flights, monitoring at each stage, as well as reporting to each of the clients.
5. Reporting and integration at the end of each flight.
6. Monthly analysis of customer flights, origins and destinations.

The job position requires a minimum English level of C1, other languages such as French and/or German are valuable. Bachelor degree in logistics, international trade affair or similar. Previous experience of at least two years will be valued in companies such as air transport, airlines, freight forwarders, 3/4PL’s or industrial logistics. In addition, you must count with consolidated communication and influence skills, orientation to results and proactivity.
