Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Muntinlupa City for a Customer Service Consultant at Lufthansa InTouch. The Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to passengers of Lufthansa and related airlines. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

- Ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
