About the team you are joining
Reporting to the
Credit Analysis and Hinge Accounting Manager, the incumbent will be responsible
for assisting with the non-ISS hinge accounting and collection team with
liaising with the business to track collection efforts, monitor the collection
efficiency globally. Maintaining reports to be shared with various stakeholders
and ad hoc support to chase customers directly as well as various projects as
required. This position will also include assisting tasks related to hinge
accounting.
What your day would be like
You will be responsible in completing the
tasks as assigned by the Credit Analysis and Hinge Accounting Manager such as:
Maintain accurate and timely performance reports
Monitor collection targets, identify potential issues and solutions.
Coordinate regular calls with business partners to promote collaboration and ensure alignment on priorities.
Ensure the integrity of SAP data and ageing to support timely and informed decision-making.
Prepare and post monthly entries for Hinge activities.
Ensure that bank balances are consistent with SAP data.

You are currently studying, or you are in the progress of obtaining a University Degree or if you recently (within 1 year) graduated from a University with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field;
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French would be an asset);
You have proven teamwork and initiative skills; ability to deal with people from different levels and cultures within the organization;
You have ability to prioritize work so all target dates are achieved and to co-ordinate and control multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint. (SAP and Power BI would be an asset).
