The Global Partnerships and Events Director is responsible for managing and developing our global partner network and producing events for Members, prospects and international trade. This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer for Vista.
Your Responsibilities
- Managing and developing our global network of trusted partners and the portfolio of Member benefits and events
- Managing partner pipeline and campaigns
- Leveraging partnerships to increase loyalty in existing Members, foster new customer acquisition and increase overall brand visibility.
- Monetizing existing partnerships.
- Leading the Private World partnerships team in achieving the goals set out for the year.
- Developing sales opportunities in target markets, to generate leads via events, partnerships, and external brand communications via collaborations.
- Assessing event opportunities and producing a yearly plan to support engagement across all regions.
- Produce key events.
- Driving monetization for our sponsorships, including Ferrari and golf ambassadors.
- Ensuring ongoing data capture for accurate reporting and follow-ups.
Perform any other tasks reasonably required to be undertaken in accordance with the instructions of the Reporting Manager.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- A creative approach to partnerships, to extract value for a very unique set of clients.
- A well-developed sense of taste, to produce elegant events that set our brands above any competitors.
- Minimum five years experience in partnerships management.
- Minimum five years experience in events management.
- A self-starter, detail-minded leader with great organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both oral and written English is essential. Additional languages preferred.
- Ability to cope with changes and come up with alternative solutions, work under pressure to tight deadlines.
