Ideally based in Hamburg at Air Hamburg's head office, or in the beautiful country of Malta, this unique role reports directly to the Head of Cabin and offers an unparalleled chance to make a real impact. As a key member of our Cabin department, you'll be responsible for managing our Air Hamburg crew while upholding our high standards and vision through your exceptional operational leadership and people management skills.

Your Responsibilities
Performance Management
- You will work closely with key stakeholders across the business.
- Build rapport with your team through engagement and be an ambassador for their development.
- Utilize digital tools available to continually review performance and share feedback, to ensure an exceptional consistent, customer experience.
- Responsible for the timely delivery of your Cabin Hostess team annual appraisals.
- Use available data to management performance objectives.
- Address any underperformance in a fair and efficient manner, in line with our HR policies and guidelines.
- Monitor sickness and absence trends to support and ensure best practice is followed.
- Identify talent and celebrate success through promotional opportunities and ad-hoc press events.
- Work to objectives and projects to improve the department.
Day to Day Operations
- Work closely with the Head of Global Recruitment and Crew Planning to ensure a smooth operation regarding Cabin Establishment.
- Support long term strategic crew planning and global assessments where required.
- Support the Vista family globally where needed, to ensure a consistent operation.
- React to flight specific briefs from Client Services and general mailbox support.
- Oversee Cabin Standards and Audits.
- Accountable for oversite of new Aircraft stocking and inventories.
- Oversee safety reports and flight briefs that come into Cabin.
- Coverage of Cabin phone and email on a rotational basis and weekends.
If based in Malta, initial training and frequent travel to Hamburg will be required
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Proven people management experience required.
- Preferable experience of managing a large/ remote team in Private or Commercial Aviation.
- Previous performance management or data driven experience desired.
- Able to consistently role model and be an ambassador for VistaJet and our values.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A desire to ensure high levels of service through your support and management.
- Ability to have courageous conversations.

- Strong IT skills essential.
- Willing to complete VistaJet initial service course.
