Crew Planning Coordinator available in Columbus, OH. The Crew Planning Coordinator assists in the overall efficiency of the crew planning/analysis process while maximizing flight crew utilization. An ideal candidate will be a strategic problem solver who can see the bigger picture, while also giving attention to detail in the crew scheduling process.

Your Responsibilities:
- Write and oversee crew rosters.
- Plan all recurrent training on your fleets.
- Plan all line training and monitor the training summary database.
- Provide answers to vacation or other crew schedule requests.
- Cross check the recurrent expiries each month.
- Organize training records.
- Perform any other tasks reasonably required to be undertaken in accordance with the instructions of the reporting manager.
Required skills and experience:
- Committed to maintaining outstanding levels of customer service to our pilots.
- Remains dynamic and flexible under pressure.
- You’re highly determined; a quick learner that can adopt a lateral approach to problem solving.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Does well collaborating with a team but is also able to work independently when required.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office and other data processing applications.
- A working knowledge of the FAA 135.267 rules would be beneficial.
