You will be working on some really challenging problems of the private aviation industry right from refining the customer journey with the client services team to launching internal platforms to enable the sales team. You will be working with Design, UX, Data Engineering, Data Science Team, Engineering, Product teams, Leaders from Sales & Marketing to convert ambiguity into structure.
Your Responsibilities
- Define strategies, develop product roadmap, write one pagers and Product Requirement documents to align stakeholders and lead successful execution of initiatives to enable lifecycle initiatives and Increase in Consumer engagement.
- Partner with business teams to identify their pain points, convert into requirements, and collaborate with UX, Business, Data team to define an iterative solution to the problem statement.
- Create user stories and provide other required input and direction to the engineering team; own the backlog and keep the team fully engaged building the highest priority features and enhancements.
- Perform build vs buy analysis for critical tooling, and develop, integrate platforms to enable the Sales, and marketing team to delight our clients, fuel membership growth, increase customer retention.
- Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to define data models, analytics reports, and Data Science team to answer questions to business problems.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Minimum 5 years as a Product Manager at a technology enabled business company, ideally in a Growth focused role - you have a bias towards action.
- Strong proficiency in querying and manipulating large data sets using SQL and experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau. In short you are a data junkie and speak SQL as your second language.
- Collaboration and teamwork with empathy and compassion is a must to Partner with various business teams and multi-functional analytics & reporting teams (Engagement & Retention, Finance, Engineering, Product, and Marketing) to understand the business use cases and help with product prioritization.
- You are metric influenced and you have phenomenal communication and storytelling skills with data, with the ability to optimally navigate, mediate and cultivate partnership and consensus.
- Experience building a product roadmap and working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver exceptional business impact.
- Analyze, quantify, and articulate trade-offs of product roadmap features Strong verbal communication and presentation skills to senior leaders and Business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to query data from various systems to solve problems
- Have written one pagers and PRDs to convert ambiguity into structure and align stakeholders. You excel at go to market strategies.

- Know how of AI/ML
- If you have worked at a growth role before MBA Preferred or Mathematics or Statistics or Engineering as one of your degrees
- Experience working on: Braze, Marketing Cloud, SFDC Sales and opportunity management , SAP order to cash process, Tableau, Oracle BI, Segment.io, Snowflakes
- Experience working at a consulting company such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, PWC, KPMG etc.
