Manager Reliability Programs is available in Columbus, Ohio. The Manager Reliability Programs is essential in identifying technical issues that impact the availability and reliability of the Jet Select fleet of aircraft. The Manager Reliability Programs leads the fleet level reliability team, aircraft reliability analytics and modeling. The output of Reliability Programs supports and drives decision-making in maintenance, the refinement and tailoring of the aircraft maintenance programs, CASS program, aircraft projects and aircraft asset management.
The Manager leads the fleet Technical Review Board and drives continuous improvement of fleet reliability using internal and external data to create solutions and, working closely with Planning, supports efforts to improve aircraft availability.

Your Responsibilities:
The Manager of Reliability Programs will serve on the Technical Services Team as a fleet level leader of Reliability Programs. Responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop a highly effective reliability analytics and fleet improvement team.
- Produce the analytics required for the schedule CASS meeting with recommendations.
- Working closely with the Manager Maintenance Programs optimize the aircraft maintenance programs reflecting the outcome of reliability root cause analytics.
- Develop component analytics using discrepancy date, shop reports and component cards.
- Set regular reliability communication sessions with internal Fleet Managers.
- Promote collaboration between the Reliability Programs team technical operations and Planning stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the VistaJet CAMO Engineering Team for reliability analysis and development of more effective aircraft maintenance programs.
- Produce complex analytics projecting fleet reliability based on utilization and scaling.
- Develop and lead the fleet Technical Review Board, including the planning and tracking of improvement and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create a strong reliability and network.
- Communicate and influence aircraft manufactures to participate in fleet reliability initiatives and to share data for the benefit of the industry.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the Reliability Programs team and interfacing teams.
- Create and present fleet reliability status and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Coach and mentor Reliability Program analysts and supporting team members.
- Actively participate in the day-to-day operations as a supporting resource.
- Support and assist with SMS component level investigations and provide guidance to supporting corrective actions.
Required Experience, Qualifications, and Education:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, advanced analytics, aircraft engineering or airframe and power plant certificate with equivalent advanced analysis experience.
- 5+ years of leading reliability programs or reliability program development.
- 2+ years of hiring and developing technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in data science, advanced analytics aircraft engineering or relevant field.
- 5+ years of hiring and developing technical teams.
