Your role as Workshop Engineer will be to conduct engine overhauls, repairs and all other workshop processes and procedures to a high standard and to the required specifications.

Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location. It’s a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. As a minimum we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, a minimum of three days per week.
What you will be doing:
As a Workshop Engineer, you will enjoy the opportunity to:
• Conduct maintenance and repair tasks within the workshop
• Conduct overhauls of sub-assemblies
• Engine and component inspection and cleaning as required
• Completion of relevant quality documentation in line with Rolls-Royce Solutions UK processes
procedures, and work instructions
• Completion of measurement calculations to agreed specifications
