Vista Global integrates a unique portfolio of companies offering asset-light services to cover all key aspects of business aviation: guaranteed and On Demand global flight coverage; aircraft leasing and finance; and cutting-edge aviation technology.
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for the budget oversight and reporting of expenses against the established budget. Additionally, you will develop and maintain regular communication with our contractors and build close relationships with our offices in the UK, US and Malta.
This position provides the opportunity for extensive international travel, involves visits to our offices, hangers and various facilities worldwide.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will be joining a dynamic team and be the dedicated person for our office and facilities budget. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Facilities projects for Upgrades and Refurbishments together with local point of contacts.
- Acting as a main contact within Vista and the main point of contact for building related contractors.
- Tendering out office contracts, choosing the supplier, negotiating the terms and the ongoing management of the contracts.
- Maintaining up to date contracts of all the Vista Estate, Inform stake holders on Renewals when due.
- Assist Office Managers, when required, for the day-to-day operational issues.
- Maintain record of all Floor Plans and services plans for all Locations.
- Assist Office Managers in ensuring that the office is compliant with all local health & safety policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Assist Office Managers in maintaining security procedures.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- 3+ years working in an office projects environment.
- Ability to work in a fast pace, sometimes under pressure environment, to manage a challenging workload and complete projects in time.
- Prior experience to work independently as well as a team.
- Strong written and spoken English is essential when interacting with all stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Acad or/and other planning tools are considered an asset.
- You will be requested to travel when required to do site visits and meet contractors.
