VistaJet has transformed the private dining experience in the air – so our members can cherish time together on board one of our business jets. Our Private Dining Team works with more than 7,000 suppliers around the world: the finest producers and purveyors, the most sought-after private chefs, and Michelin-starred restaurants, to source the freshest and highest quality ingredients and dishes.
As the Private Dining team progresses toward full menu automation, we are looking for a Team Administrator with a keen understanding of international cuisine, attention to detail, and strong computer literacy to join the Private Dining team. You will be part of a support team that enables the Private Dining team to work smoothly and continually be at the forefront of inflight Private Dining, whilst we strive to work towards our application menu development. You will gain experience working in a friendly, multinational, and progressive team within the leaders of global private aviation.
Reporting to the Private Dining Financial Controller, you will be joining a multi-national team that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Team Administrator will receive office-based training and the role will then transition into a flexible, hybrid position.
Your Responsibilities
In this position you will be collaborating with our global private dining team and assist in the automation of our processes, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing an understanding of VistaJet’s Private Dining systems.
- Understanding how VistaJet's orders are placed and processed with suppliers for our fleet.
- Creating and updating suppliers pricelists and menus on our internal system and ensure the complete accuracy of information.
- Providing and creating menu descriptions for customers and advise on any / all dietary requirements.
- Ensure total accuracy in the prepared menus for our customers before we submit to suppliers, hotelliers and/or restaurants.
- Any ad-hoc duties as delegated by your supervisor
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- An understanding of food health and safety and/or allergens.
- Impeccable attention to detail, a fast learner when learning new internal systems and processes.
- Excellent computer skills with a knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
- Creative flair and a passion for international cuisine
- Excellent communication skills, including advanced spelling and grammar
- Fluency in English required
