Reporting into Head of MOC, you will lead and empower our maintenance finance team to achieve great performance and ensure financial excellence.

Your Responsibilities
As the team leader, you'll oversee the daily operations, ensuring unwavering accuracy and excellence in every task.
- Contribute to training and development of the team.
- Manage the preparation and agreement of individual action plans and targets for all team members.
- Meet your targets and those of the team on time and up to accurate specifications received.
- Responsible for the upkeep and optimization of maintenance software and all process linked to data recording within it.
- Assist with monitoring the financial performance of the maintenance function.
- Support with the preparation of forecasts for future years including budgets, balance sheets, and financial management reports.
- Verify the monthly reports presented by the team to Financial Accounting during month end closing.
- Assist in the reporting and presentation of actual versus budget presentations.
- Participate in the assessment of the long-term financial trends and review prospects for future cost cutting.
- Set an example for team members of commitment, financial activities, work ethics and habits and personal character.
- Communicate with all members of the organisation and its suppliers to facilitate day to day activities.
- Assist in the recruitment of team members, subject to agreed criteria.
- From time to time, you may be expected to be part of special projects as are reasonably required of your job role even where these fall outside of your own department/team.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 10+ years of experience in Finance Analyses and Reporting within Aviation.
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills. Fluent in German and English.
- Experience in managing a team.
