Account Representative
As an account representative you will actively manage & develop a portfolio of Tier 4/5 customers for new business development. Act as the ultimate owner of the customer relationship, focused on building customer satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy. Uncover opportunities and close business in the Tier 4/5 segment. You will be accountable for pro-actively reach out to prospects and uncover potential sales opportunities.

What you will do
- Responsible for generating and closing new business and retention business within Tier 4/5 segment.
- Upsell and cross sell relevant SITA solutions.
- Create brand awareness for SITA.
- Pro-actively reach out to prospects and uncover potential sales opportunities.
- SITA Marketplace enquiries (including click to chat).
- Achieve targets by selling, upselling and cross-selling identified products using outbound calling, consultative and influencing selling techniques to create positive results. As you develop opportunities possible traveling will be required.
- Maximize reach into Tier 4/5 segment accounts - map and build a profile of these accounts.
- Keep concise notes in Salesforce detailing critical conversations.
- Regularly engage with customers as per KPIs.
- Make cold calls to generate new business opportunities and progress those into sales.
- Turn cold calls into warm calls via solid pre-call research and other social selling sales techniques.
- Engage with Marketing, execute targeted lead generation and market development programs.
- Ensure opportunity pipeline and sales forecasts are accurate and up to date on a weekly basis.
- Maintain customer & prospect contact data (CFF Contacts, Marketing Contacts, etc.).
- Support, where required, the GEO Cash Collection Team, which is responsible for Tier 4/5 customer cash collection and resolution of billing queries.
Who you are
- 2-3 years sales experience, preferably within air transport industry (ATI) or technology sector.
- Proven successful track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in building up client relationships and business development over the phone and including face to face meetings
- Generating & closing new business opportunities as well retention business.
- Ability to work with other business areas to identify/qualify opportunities.
- Support collaborative activities across BU’s to identify resource and investment needs.
- Knowledge of legal implications and of the structure of contract with Client.
- Knowledge of financial management.
- Bilingual fluent in English and Spanish, French a plus
- Location based in The Caribbean, Dominican Republic or Trinidad & Tobago
