Sr. Sales Representative CEE Region
We have an opportunity for a Sr. Sales Representative CEE Regionto join us at Honeywell in Warsaw, PL. Be the front-line seller who drives sales, identifying and generating opportunities for different kinds of customers. You will foster client satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and managing customer expectations. You will develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminar, and similar events. You will provide education of Honeywell product through technical presentations. You will maintain and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system. You will provide competitive intelligence and market trends. You will provide forecast/demand input to Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP). This is a remote work.
Responsibilities
- Attend (trade shows, seminars, events)
- Visit Endusers from key industrial & firefighters sectors and key specialists distributors
- territorial scope of the CEE Region - including Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, the Baltic and Balkans States and others
- Online meetings via Microsoft Teams
- Win new Key Accounts with existing & reliable enduser network in the Firefighters and PPE sector
- Campaign Management
- Customer Reporting in Sales Force
- Develop account plans to increase sales revenue in line with customer growth targets.
- Develop existing Key Endusers
- Drive brand preference with end users.
- Lead complex contract negotiations
- Co-ordinate supply chain with in matrix organization
- Coordinate and manage pricing with enduser and functional groups
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
- Min. 5 years experiences as KAM or Sales Rep in the PPE industry sector – experience manage SCBA business will be appreciate
- Existing HSE end-user network at Key Accounts , Firefighters sector, Distributors at CEE Region
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written in English
