About The Role
Spearhead our strategic communication planning for SITA Global Services portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and collaborating seamlessly for cohesive execution. Managing internal communications excellence, your role will be crucial in overseeing diverse messaging for our portfolio. Leading transformational projects, especially in change communications, you'll adeptly tailor strategies for relevance amid complexity. Your Responsibilities
Strategic Communication Planning
- Define comprehensive communication strategies and plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop communication plans that support the execution of operational strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to communication.
- Collaborate with the Communications team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Internal Communications
- Manage internal communications activities for the SITA Global Services portfolio.
- Ensure the delivery of professional and relevant information to the appropriate audience.
- Foster a feedback culture within the organization to enhance communication effectiveness.
- Apply key communication principles and frameworks (IMC, message framing, segmentation, storytelling, etc.) to drive campaigns and achieve strategic deliverables.
- Align communication efforts with overall SITA SGS branding, tone of voice, and messaging.
- Develop creative and engaging content of multimedia across all channels (intranet/Hub, social media, MS Teams channels etc.)
Transformational Project Management
- Manage change management communications for various transformational initiatives while fostering a positive and informed organizational culture.
- Conduct thorough analysis, including needs analysis from stakeholders, to understand communication requirements and expectations.
- Tailor communication strategies based on stakeholder insights to ensure relevance and impact.
- Conduct change impact analysis for transformational projects, identifying potential challenges, and developing communication strategies to address them.
- Act as the communication manager for the transformation initiatives, ensuring consistent and effective messaging across all communication channels.
Communication Service Delivery and Continuous Communication Improvement
- Regularly evaluate and report on the success of communication strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Establish processes to evaluate the quality and timeliness of communication service delivery.
- Implement mechanisms to gather feedback and continuously improve communication processes.

Required Qualifications
- A higher education or university degree in fields such as Media, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of dynamic experience within public relations and/or marketing communications.
- Exceptional expertise in copywriting and editing, enabling you to craft compelling content across various platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to create and optimize digital content that captures the attention of target audiences and significantly enhances SITA's online presence.
- A strategic leader with a rich background in both external and internal corporate communications within large and complex global organizations.
- Proven track record for change management in a fast-paced environment, underpinned by a strong sense of urgency and remarkable project management skills.
- Native-level English proficiency, coupled with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
