Position SummaryThis pivotal role plays a critical part in aligning our human capital strategies with our business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving employee engagement and development. The primary responsibility will be to serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support to ensure the organization's success through its most valuable asset - our people. As the primary point of contact for identified Business Units (BUs) or Divisions, you will be responsible for overseeing all Human Capital (HC) related matters from workforce planning to employee well-being, and serve as an advisor, counsellor, and data-driven decision-maker to enhance the organization's human capital strategies.
Key AccountabilityStrategic HC Partner:
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact for identified BUs or Divisions in all HC-related matters.
- Offer guidance, share up-to-date information, and assist Heads of Departments (HODs) in areas such as workforce planning, resource management, performance management, learning development, and disciplinary management.
- Act as the first-level point of contact for addressing employee grievances, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide instant, accurate, and persuasive feedback on all HC processes, procedures, and initiatives.
- Act as an independent counsellor for employees facing work-related challenges, including performance management and disciplinary issues.
Strategic Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with Business Units to execute essential HC processes and initiatives.
- Offer data-driven insights, including workforce analysis and assessments of organizational climate (e.g., PES Results, DASS 21), and employee profiles to evaluate performance, productivity, and well-being.
Data Management:
- Maintain, update, and analyse employee databases for the assigned BUs or Division.
- Provide valuable data to HODs for informed decision-making in workforce planning, resource management, performance management, learning development, and disciplinary management.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Provide expert guidance on a wide range of HC matters, including recruitment, staff movement, disciplinary issues, staff welfare, HC-related systems, and employee performance reviews.
- Navigate and manage relationships with stakeholders at high-level ranks, including CxO and Heads of Departments.
Qualifications&Working Experience- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 3- 5 years working experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
Areas of Experience- Proven experience as an HC Business Partner or similar role with a track record of managing high-level stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HC policies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and HR analytics.
