Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Implement change initiatives utilizing process improvement tools to drive enhancements across the organization.
- Data Analysis: Analyse datasets to glean insights and support informed decision-making.
- Risk Management: Identify and proactively manage risks that could affect project delivery.
- Benefits Assessment: Ensure clear benefits are identified and realized through agreed-upon measurement and validation with stakeholders.
- Activity Coordination: Efficiently manage activity dependencies within each project, providing timely updates.
- Communication Leadership: Lead communication sessions to align team expectations with desired outcomes.
- Change Management: Take ownership of change delivery, managing it effectively through established processes.
About you
You will have a robust background in project and change management, evidenced by successful delivery of business process enhancement projects.
With a solid grasp of asset management, you excel at stakeholder engagement, managing the human aspects of change, and implementing Lean Six Sigma principles. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to efficiently lead and coordinate multiple tasks, make you an invaluable addition to our team.
