ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:
Senior Manager People Business Partner (“People BP”), partners with the leadership team of a given function to determine business needs and drive decision-making processes and strategy for People specific matters.
People BP collaborate with the other People Teams to directly contribute to reaching the organization's business objectives leveraging people capabilities. As such contributes to relevant business decisions as a member of the BU / Entity's leadership team.
Successful People BP acts as a consultant, with strong business acumen and a commercial mindset, owns the People Strategy, and is responsible for the implementation and follow-up. As a business professional exhibiting role model leadership behaviors, embracing a growth mindset, proactively seeking improvement and solutions, challenging the status quo, displaying resilience, and proudly championing cross-functional strengths.

EXPERIENCE:
EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or equivalent.
- Member of Professional HR association preferred.
- Graduate qualifications with 10+ years of HR generalist and/or organizational. development experience in a complex, competitive environment (high tech or service sector).
- 5+ years in People management, including operating in a strategic and consultancy capacity.
- International People management background.
