About the team you are joining
Join our dynamic team as a Settlement Operations Specialist! You will report to the Settlement Operations Manager in Beijing, and you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless settlement operations for our Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP), Cargo Accounting Settlement System (CASS), IATA Easy Pay (IEP), IATA Currency Clearing system (ICCS), IATA Clearing House (ICH), and Enhancement and Financing Services (E&FS).
You will handle country and regional settlement operations, driving operational continuous improvement, and playing a critical part in customer experience enhancement.
What your day would be like
- Handle assigned remittance and settlement activities for BSP, CASS, IEP, ICCS, ICH and E&F.
- Execute settlement operations with precision, following global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and relevant Resolutions.
- Tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of diverse countries and regions, driving impactful outcomes.
- Lead process and system enhancements, increasing accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance airlines' and agents' customer experiences.
- Be adaptable - late shifts may be required to support our global business operations.

- University degree or higher in Finance, Business, or IT , backed by 3-5 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis, demonstrating a methodical approach to resolving remittance and settlement challenges.
- Strong organizational abilities, with an ability to manage multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional teamwork skills, thriving in a multicultural environment while also being self-sufficient when needed.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, with experience in macro VBA programming; knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
