We have an opportunity for an experienced Aircraft De-Icing Manager with a background in commercial, private or military Aircraft De-Icing to join a leading ground-handling company based at London Heathrow Airport (TW6). As a De-Icing Manager, you will be responsible for the management of a team of De-Icing Agents by allocating staffing levels via the allocations and planning department. Responsibilities of the Aircraft De-Icing Manager: • Provide de-icing services to airline partners at London Heathrow Airport. • Allocating staffing levels via the allocating and planning department. • Manage all compulsory audits and staff training. • Conduct mandatory audits and de-icing inspections. • Ensure all training and de-icing records are compliant and ready for inspection. • Investigating de-icing SLA’s failures and providing corrective action. • Collating reports on airline operational performance. • Conduct customer performance meetings. The ideal Aircraft De-Icing Manager will have the following skills and experience: • A Minimum of 3 years of de-icing experience in a senior capacity. • De-icing experience within a commercial, private jet, or military environment. • Experience in conducting de-icing audits to IATA, DAQP, or DEVA standards. • Knowledge of auditing and regulatory compliance procedures.
