ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:
In the role of Finance Digital Project Manager at SITA you will be responsible for leading projects which are part of our Digital Transformation Program.
Reporting to the Program Manager on one hand and to your Team Leader on the other.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Develop and maintain your knowledge on Digital transformation obligation in relation with the latest requirements concerning e-invoicing, e-reporting, e-accounting, SAF-T. In general, all the duties surrounding the Digital transformation applicable in jurisdiction in which SITA operates.
- Follow up regularly on Digitalization implementation plan applicable to SITA countries.
- You will propose to SITA management the best options to comply with those requirements either internally or with the support of a third-party provider. Together with our IT department, you will also help the management to develop a long-term strategy to ensure the best cost benefit match for the future digitalization of the group.
- You will work closely with SITA Tax, accounting, billing, and accounts payable departments to ensure our financial systems (Oracle, Smartbill) and local chart of accounts are properly set-up to satisfy any new requirement.
- Jointly with IT, define and implement the long-term strategy surrounding the Finance Digital obligations (once approved by SITA Management).
- Lead the team, manage the workload and assignments.
- Communicate and facilitate collaboration.
- Plan, monitor and follow-up on Project progress.
- Solve issues that arise independently or manage escalations.
- Manage the defined budget related to Finance Digitalization.
EXPERIENCE:
- Strong experience with e-invoicing and SAFt
- Digitalization experience
- Proficiency English
- Higher business or IT education
- Min. 5 years of experience in project management position, leading complex projects with many stakeholders (internal and external)
- Working with teams across different locations
