As the Digital Procurement Lead, Market Intelligence & Reporting you will be responsible for building and maintaining digital tools and reporting excellence. You will build and maintain the digital tools and reporting centre of excellence in order to empower the central group team with best reporting, market intelligence (MI), exceptional information management, and data analysis/insights at the most appropriate time. As an expert in BI tools, you will be producing regular, best in class dashboards to help the team stay on top of category spends patterns, market trends and insights, as well as regular statutory reporting on performance to agreed central KPI’s, objectives, and metrics.
Reporting to the Head of Group Procurement, you will be a part of the SITA Procurement team responsible for mitigating risk, reducing cost, and working with suppliers and partners to drive innovation and new ideas to power SITA`s customer solutions. Effective control and management of SITA spend via proactive procurement is essential to help deliver savings, manage risk, add value, and to support the wider transformation strategy of SITA.
What You Will Do
Procurement Operations Processes and Strategy
- Own SITA’s digital procurement strategy, working with the Head of Group Procurement to design, build and maintain the best fit digital environment while enhancing savings and mitigating risk.
- Work with the central and regional procurement leads to better understand evolving internal requirements.
- Produce regular procurement related market intelligence, and procurement analytics.
- Lead operational procurement projects and change activities as required.
- Develop supplier tiering models and tooling to measure supplier performance to controls.
- Develop procurement and supply chain related CSR / ESG data and reporting tools.
- Build conduct supplier and stakeholder surveys.
Digital Tools and Automation
- Implementation, development and maintenance of digital tools, processes and procurement related data.
- Promote the adoption and use of tools and new digital processes by the central and regional teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and look at opportunities to leverage technology to automate and improve processes and engagement with suppliers / stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain Procurement and Business Partnering dashboards (by business unit against agree targets and KPIs) and applicable balanced score cards.
- Maintain due diligence tools.
Who You Are
- 10+ Years experience in a global procurement environment with experience of procurement tools sourcing, implementation and maintenance
- Strong awareness of procurements role, drivers and key objectives aligned with experience and awareness of best practice procurement, sourcing and supplier management tools and processes
- Methodical / process approach balanced with challenging the norm and driving change
- Team player with ability to work on own initiative
- IT literate; (. I.e. Oracle, Salesforce, DocuSign, Microsoft, Power BI.)
- Advanced skills in Excel and other similar digital tools for reporting and analytics
- Excellent communication skills (Written and verbal)
- Analytical approach
- Dealing with ambiguity and openness to change
- Degree / MCIPs preferred but not essential
