Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional recruiting firm that is currently seeking a Program Management Administrator to support a key client of ours within the manufacturing industry in North Charleston, SC.
Responsibilities:
- Assist program managers in planning, organizing, and executing projects.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events related to program management.
- Track project progress and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks.
- Programmatic data for monthly program reviews.
- Entering and maintaining company sales orders.
- Routing of Customer Purchase Orders after Management sign off to proper folders for Cross Functional Access
- Bi-monthly Mining for several programs’ requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar or otherwise customer-facing role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of company software and systems, and experience with the Microsoft systems (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
