Job Summary
Facilitate cross-functional teams focused on single business processes with limited integration/impact on other processes. Assist in structured process and product team meetings, prepare meeting materials, and document outcomes. Collect, analyze, and document requirements from process owners under supervision. Support strategic planning efforts by researching procedures and guidelines, learning business strategy basics, and integrating strategic initiatives into process improvement activities.
