This role is critical for the business to help understand the behaviour of our customers through converting the data produced into insight and communicating it to senior stakeholders across Ryanair.
Your responsibilities as a CRM Insights Analyst will include:
- Monitor and analyse the performance of promotions against the customer base
- Track and monitor the conversion and revenue from key ancillary products sold on Ryanair.com and App
- Form a deep understanding of the Ryanair customer base and make data driven recommendations that help drive business performance
- Understand the key metrics that the Digital and Marketing team generate and support the delivery of reporting and performance analysis
- Through data mining and in-depth analysis, formulate hypotheses and implement recommendations that will improve the performance of our customer programs and marketing initiatives
- Work with the CRM, marketing, and technical teams (BI, Data Science, Marketing Ops) to develop measurement frameworks, metrics, and models
- Develop quantitative analysis, KPIs, and reports to drive product and business decisions and strategy
- Provide analytical support for day-to-day insight queries
- Automate daily task to quickly provide useful resources to the team
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in analytics role
- A/B testing experience is required
- Experience with large datasets and proficient in using SQL to derive insights
- Experienced in using visualisation tools to produce insightful charts that support insight narrative
- Ability to scale and automate insights through reports and dashboards (Power BI)
- Experience with Python and/or R is a plus
- Knowledge on data structure and dataset management is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English is a must
- Ability to relay technical knowledge to stakeholders with various levels of technical knowledge
- Attention to detail and good time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to translate analysed data into business findings and requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Masters degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
