Tasks
You will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative communication initiatives and improving communication streams to our business units and outstations. Furthermore, you will support the team in implementing and monitoring quality measures within the Financial Accounting area.
- Drive communication improvement initiatives.
- Develop strategy and maintain social media channels of the Accounting team.
- Drive implementation of interactive e-learning videos to impart accounting knowledge across the organization.
- Focus on new media channels and how to make use of them for Accounting.
- Analyze and improve financial accounting processes.
- Analyze and visualize accounting figures.
- Support the Team to fulfil its daily tasks, especially in the area of General Ledger Accounting and Outstation Management (approximatively 40 stations worldwide).

Requirements
We expect an independent attitude to work, with fun to design processes and a sense for transforming the communication of the Accounting language. Dealing positively with people from different cultures is very important to us as well as an open-minded and communicative personality.
- Workload Specification: For this position, an 80-100% workload is preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in business administration or similar with a focus on communication / marketing
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of up-to-date communication methods
- Knowledge of social media channels and modern communication methods
- Profound communication, moderation and presentation skills in various formats (written / video tutorials / workshops)
- Initial practical experience in the above-mentioned areas is a plus.
- Ability to drive and develop new topics
- A process-oriented thinking approach
- Independent and responsible way of working
- MS Office skills (O-365 preferred)
- Language skills in German & English. Every other language is a plus.
