As Cost Controller, you support the Onboard, Brand&Customer Experience teams in terms of all operational commercial and accounting topics as well as counseling internal and external stakeholders and service providers.

Tasks
As dedicated point of contact for Onboard, Brand, Marketing and Customer Experience teams, you advise and supports as a financial expert on invoices, quality performance, KPI measures, monthly and yearly closings and makes a significant contribution to cost transparency and related data quality.
- Guarantee correct coding of the incoming invoices, ensure financial data quality based on given supplier contracts and analyze actual cost
- Creation of invoices/credit notes to third party providers in CH and global markets
- Calculate monthly/annual accruals and upload into financial tooling infrastructure
- Guarantee cost transparency and data quality and consult key commercial interfaces
- Creation of frequently reportings and active support of ongoing commercial projects
- Continuous exchange as a key interface with SWISS finance&accounting departments and line managements departments

Requirements
You enjoy analytical thinking and daily operations with numbers and a broad variety of service providers. You are experienced in commercial accounting and consulting of various internal and external interfaces and act as team player. Welcome to joining SWISS!
- Commercial degree with focus on financial accounting, controlling or similar
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of accounting
- In-depth knowledge of MS applications (especially Excel) and SAP desirable
- Structured, detail-oriented, pro active working attitude, quick comprehension skills
- Motivated, flexible, team player and very good communication skills
- German as native language, good English skills in spoken and written, any other language would be an advantage
