Summary
This position supports the F-35 Sensors Program Director and Senior Staff members. The successful applicant will perform a variety of administrative duties and other office management tasks. Summary of key duties for this position:
- Maintain calendar, arrange meetings, and make travel arrangements
- Ensure all correspondence is accurate, complete and properly handled
- Utilize standard software (e.g. MS Office Applications including Teams) to compose correspondence, spreadsheets, PowerPoint charts and Lockheed Martin unique software (e.g. Concur) for managing expense reports
- Assure detail in tasks, provide updates, and status tasks to meet deadlines
- Determine priorities in regards to non-routine situations and remedy commitments to maximize leadership efficiency
- Perform office logistical management and additional assignments as required in support of the leadership staff
- Use personal initiative to formalize processes and streamline operations
- Interact with all levels of customer, company and program personnel
