We have an opportunity for a Field Service Engineer I to join us at Turkey, Izmir.In this role, you will support the on-site installation, servicing, calibration, maintenance and repair of Gas detectors and Gas detection systems. You typically work under direct supervision and may work without supervision. You will follow detailed work instruction and escalate any discrepancies in customer requirements, blueprints, or work instructions.You will identify, escalate, and explore opportunities to improve the installation or repair procedures. You will escalate any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation, servicing, calibration, maintenance and repair of Gas detectors and Gas detection systems. As part of the maintenance Inventory management to be done for PMT task.
Key Requirements:
- Preventive and periodic maintenance of Gas detectors
- Report preparation and submission for the Job performed.
- Maintain good KPI related to the Job assigned.
- Spare Stock management
- Install or Repair per Work Order
- Escalate Issues
- Provide Customer Support
Key skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or technical/professional certificate
- Experience in the field
