Tasks
We are in search for someone who can understand our business goals & objectives & align them with our IT infrastructure & systems, evaluating and recommending new technologies, tools, and platforms.
- Designing and implementing data and analytics solutions to meet the organization's business needs
- Ensure that data is accessible and usable for internal and external stakeholders and for analytical purposes
- Developing and driving the evolution of data strategy, data architecture, data modeling, and data integration together with other relevant teams and parties within the LH Group
- Collaboration with enterprise architects and other relevant teams and parties within the LH Group
- Work closely with development teams, ensuring that solutions are implemented in accordance with best practices and standards
- Establishing and maintaining architectural standards

Requirements
- Completed Master’s degree or PhD in computer science, data science or natural sciences
- Minimum three years of experience as a solution architect, data scientist, data engineer or data architect
- Proven capability to collaborate with clients and business partners
- Demonstrated success in delivering end-to-end products using data science and data engineering on large scale data in production environments
- Self-motivated, results-driven, proactive and able to self-start
- Curious about new developments in the area of data and technology
- Proficient in both English and German
- Openness to step outside your comfort zone and to take on new challenges
