Position Title
Account Manager, Airline Corporate Sales
Reports To
Head of Corporate Sales UK
Role Purpose
We are in search of a Corporate Account Manager based in London with a background in the airline industry. Candidates must possess the legal right to live and work in the UK. Responsibilities include cultivating and sustaining relationships with corporate clients and Travel Management Companies (TMCs), with a focus on driving sales revenue and meeting sales targets. The role demands a profound understanding of the company's products and services, coupled with a keen insight into the requirements and challenges present in the corporate market.
Key Accountability
- Responsible for the management of a diverse portfolio comprising of corporate and Travel Management Company (TMC) accounts, balancing the needs of existing clients while actively seeking out and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow sales within assigned corporate accounts, including developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products and services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial inquiry through to post-sale support.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring that terms and conditions are in line with company policies and guidelines.
- Work closely with the Local and Head Office Teams to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities, offering regular insights and feedback to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Maintained a well-managed sales pipeline, providing timely updates on progress and identifying emerging opportunities for business expansion.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Years of Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate sales within a commercial airline, demonstrating a proven track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets
