Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity on the E-7A Program for an
Entry or Associate Level Project Management Specialist located in
Tukwila, WA. This position will support the E-7A Program Integration Office.
In this position you will work closely with the engineering team, program managers, contracts, supply chain, and customers to execute the program. The selected candidate will be part of a team focused on application of Boeing Program Management Best Practices in support of successfully executing the USAF E-7A Program.
The E-7 is the world’s most advanced, capable and reliable Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) platform, having proven itself in operations around the world. The aircraft is designed to track multiple airborne and maritime targets simultaneously. It can provide situational awareness and direct other assets such as fighter jets and warships.
Position responsibilities:
- Assists in the preparation, coordination, scheduling and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards
- Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans. Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments, developing mitigation plan and refining the business case
- Gathers, organizes and provides data to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance
- Supports the coordination and communication to ensure commitment to stakeholders
Security Clearance:
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Clearance Post-Start is required.

Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range Entry level 1: $61,200 - $82,800
Summary pay range Associate level 2: $73,950 - $100,050
