Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of Human Resources Division, HR Technology Department. He/ She will be part of the team that drives digitalisation and systems rejuvenation across HR functions in the Company.
Key Responsibilities
- HR platform implementation
- Support the implementation of Performance and Goal Management (PMGM) and Talent Management (SPCDP) to overseas stations on SuccessFactors
- Other Digital Initiatives
- Support the implementation of Staff Travel module roll out to overseas stations on SuccessFactors
- Support the Customer Relation Management (CRM) tool implementation for Singapore Airlines Academy
- Operations
- Support SuccessFactor data replication monitoring to SAP ECC and EC Payroll
- Support the expense module (SAP Concur) by handling users’ query and tickets
- Support Access Management related integration and monitoring
- Implement digital enhancements by leveraging in-house capabilities, e.g. RPA, Power Apps
- Manage HR Division's IT request and provide necessary IT support as a Divisional LIC (local IT coordinator)
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in IT or Engineering (with programming knowledge)
- Tech-savvy
- Familiar with design thinking
- Experience as a Product Owner (PO) or sub-PO in an Agile Squad will be an advantage
- Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Keen interest and quick to learn new technology
