Job Title: Head – Enterprise UX
Job Summary: The UX Head will be responsible for leading the user experience design for the organization's Enterprise products and solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, user research, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the user experience design for the organization's Enterprise products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of user-centered design solutions
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure their professional growth
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in user experience design
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 15 years of experience in user experience design, experience in the airline industry and the personas will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience in user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
