The SWISS Duty Station Manager (DSM) Geneva represents and embodies SWISS, Lufthansa, Austrian and Air Dolomiti Airlines at Geneva Airport. The DSM ensures SWISSness including safe and efficient ground operations in Geneva.
Starting date: May 01, 2024 or upon agreement

Tasks
The Duty Station Manager is responsible to:
- Monitor all processes in the different handling areas
- Ensure and control delivery of all airport related customer touch points at Geneva Airport, respecting the procedures and standards
- Optimize on-time performance and passenger satisfaction
- Manage interfaces with local internal and external customers and authorities.
- Propose measures in case of expected and anticipated irregularities.
- Participate to the implementation of new procedures, processes or product features and enhancements.
- Monitor quality performance and follow up with the service providers.
- Work in close cooperation with various Lufthansa Group organizations.
- Do some administrative work, respond to business enquiries and create/update manuals.

Requirements
The Duty Station Manager represents SWISS on ground. The focus is to put on safety, punctuality and customer satisfaction. If you are passionate and have experience in the airline industry, if you are customer oriented, flexible and self-initiative, this position is for you.
- Broad experience across several functional areas within the airline industry
- Customer and highly result oriented
- Previous experience in leadership would be a strong asset
- Strong personality, reliable and self-initiative
- Team player, above average flexibility, and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to master difficult and challenging situations
- Willing to work on shifts (5am to 10pm) and on weekends
- Fluent in French and English (oral and written), German would be advantageous
