Facilities Service Engineer
As a Facilities Service Engineer at Honeywell, in Cambridge,
you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for
facility management and maintenance operations, work closely with cross-functional
teams to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our facilities and contribute
to creating a safe and productive work environment. This is a static role based
at one of our customer sites in Cambridge.

Key requirements
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of facility systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems
- Coordinate and oversee repairs and maintenance activities performed by external contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
Key skills and qualifications
- Experience in a similar role providing facilities maintenance of hard services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance, and refurbishment etc.)
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Health and Safety awareness
