Role PurposeTo ensure collection and store all maintenance records for third-party aircraft and components in accordance with regulations. Maintain an organized archive system for both physical and digital records as mandated by MAB Engineering.
Key Accountability- Review the electronic copies of third-party aircraft records (Line & Hangar Workpackage, ATL, AFL, etc.) upon production closure. Archive the electronic records in AMOS.
- Upon receipt of the component maintenance (CM) record from the workshop, verify the contents of the CM worksheet package against the summary list to ensure completeness. Compile, register, and archive the CM package once satisfactory.
- Assist in furnishing the required aircraft or component records to internal or external/3rd party customers upon their request
- Efficiently manage and track every physical record entering and exiting the archive room to enhance document traceability.
- To support Executive, Technical Records in maintaining both digital and physical archive room to ensure records are being updated daily upon received. Maintain good housekeeping at archive and in Technical Records office generally.
Qualifications - Diploma in any related field
- 0-2 years working experience in Engineering & Maintenance. Working experience in record management would be an added advantage
Skill & Knowledge- Good knowledge and understanding in Aircraft Engineering & Maintenance activities, system and processes, particularly Technical Records related function.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Competent in using AMOS & office tools (Microsoft Excel /Words).
- Excellent organizational, analytical skill and able to work efficiently as a team.
