Roles and Responsibilities / Supply Chain Process
- Site process focal for all activities within the Supply Chain/Demand Management processes.
- Procurement (safety stock calculation)
- Master Production Scheduling - Capacity Mgmt. (short-medium-long term horizon)
- Production Planning - Flow optimization, constraint management, variability analysis…etc.
- Inventory Management & Vex forecasting preparation
- Ensure the quality of local data in SAP and related systems (e.g. Tiscam, MES…etc.).
- Collaborate amongst departments to identify issues and best practices.
- Identify functional process inefficiencies in practice and in SAP; implement improvements to eliminate weaknesses.
- Develop and cascade clearly defined site goals for functional data.
- Document existing/new procedures and train impacted employees accordingly.
- Develop automated solutions to repetitive reporting tasks
- Master Data Creation and Maintenance
- Deploy data management best practices, policies, processes, and objectives
- Deploy the Plan for Improvement for data related topics
- Identify Root Causes of data issues that impact business results, and implements corrective actions
- Document existing/new procedures and train impacted employees accordingly.
- Lead yearly review of elements affecting costing.
- Build relations with the Global and Site Supply Chain teams and gives feedback on local activities
- Propose ways of improvement and proactively participates in the resolution of issues
- Contribute to the definition of the global data processes
- Perform other related duties as required
