PositionSummary:
TheCustomerServiceSupervisorisresponsibleforstrategicoversightofallDivisionalcustomerserviceoperationswithintheorder managementprocess.Positionwillinteractonadailybasiswithcustomers,production,logistics,andsalesstafftoeffectivelymeetcustomer service standards and support the Division’s strategic initiatives.

PositionwilldirectlyreporttoDivisionCommercialManagerandsupervisesrelatedcustomerservice personnel.
EssentialFunctions:
- Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.
- Optimizing the various customer service operations to improve the overall Parker Customer Experience
- Strategizing and monitoring the daily activities of customer service operations.
- Assisting customer service staff with duties where required.
- Training staff in areas of customer service and company policies.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of service policies and explaining these to staff and customers.
- Maintaining documentation pertaining to customer service department activities.
- Maintaining the daily/ monthly customer claims process including corrective actions.
- Customer specific assignments
- Administer customer specific rebate and discount program(s)
Performing additional duties where needed.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s collegedegreeinbusinessorrelateddiscipline required.
-Possessanalytical andtechnicalskillsrequired to understand business practicesandprocesses.
-Minimum 3 yrs in a manufacturing/distribution environment with supervisory experience.
-Mustpossessadvancedcomputer software skills and ERP software systems.
-Excellentwritten,verbal,andinterpersonalcommunicationskillsforeffectiveinterfacewithallinternalandexternalcontacts.
-Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
