YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Safety Administrator provides administrative support to the safety team and supports the promotion of the company’s Safety Management System
-
Implements administrative procedures within the Safety Department, compliant to DHA standards and regularly updated
-
Supervises and controls safety promotion and related activities
-
Supports documentation and implementation of relevant ISARPS for IOSA certification
YOUR TASKS:
-
Supports the Senior Director Safety Management in all administrative tasks
-
Collates articles and coordinates publishing arrangements for internal safety related promotional material

Ensures document control for departmental forms and manuals
-
Assures that emergency response related equipment and documentation is available and remains up to date
-
Coordinates, schedules and records safety related training (falling under the scope of the department) for all staff

Assists in organising meetings, participate as required, keep and distribute minutes
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

Specialized vocational training and several years of relevant work experience
-
Practical experience and expertise in the application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices
-
3 years of relevant work experience of which at least 1 year should be from the aeronautical industry in an appropriate position
-
English language proficiency

Organizational skills and high attention to detail

Strong interpersonal and communication competencies
-
Able to handle a high workload in a tight timeframe and prioritize your tasks

Proficient at using Microsoft Office software
