INTERNAL MOBILITY SPECIALIST, HUMAN RESOURCES
As an Internal Mobility Specialist on the Human Resources team, you will be responsible for managing the internal hiring process from application to internal transfer. You will help hiring managers open job postings, schedule internal interviews, coordinate transfer actions all while ensuring a great experience for hiring managers and employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with hiring managers and internal mobility team to open job postings that are compliant and compelling
- Review internal candidates to validate qualifications to be considered
- Schedule internal interviews
- Ensure interview feedback is collected and the best candidate is selected
- Ensure interview feedback is provided to internal candidates in a constructive manner
- Serve as point of contact for hiring managers and internal candidates, and respond to general inquiries, questions, and concerns
- Maintain compliance with regulations and company policies
- Assist with the creation of, documentation, and implementation of human resource policies, programs, and processes
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of professional experience in recruiting, human resources, or administration
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience interfacing and communicating with mid-to-executive level leadership
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels, on one-to-one basis, and in groups
- Experience with Jira or other project management software
- Experience managing high work volume and triaging urgent requests
- Experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking system
- Customer service-oriented approach to all requests, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office tools
- Basic knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices
- Ability to manage multiple on-going tasks, be flexible to change, and adapt to shifting priorities
- Team player with a high sense of urgency
- Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a strong passion to contribute to the team’s success
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and discretion
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience at SpaceX
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- This is not a remote position and will require relocation if not already local to the Brownsville, TX area
- Position occasionally requires the ability to work overtime and weekends when needed

Pay Range:
Internal Mobility Specialist: $29.50/hour
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
